Volunteer Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in helping to make the Urban League of Portland 2018 Equal Opportunity Dinner (EOD) a great occasion for our guests and community. We are pleased that you have taken an interest to volunteer at the event on Tuesday, September 11.

The event will be held at the Oregon Convention Center in the Portland Ballroom, and we will all be working to ensure that nearly 500+ guests are promptly and considerately accommodated.

We need support from setup to cleanup. Please complete the Volunteer Registration form and a 2018 EOD Task Force member will be in contact with you directly about providing more details and work assignments. 

All volunteers will be provided a buffet dinner (separate from the GALA), so please RSVP if you plan to have dinner so that we can order enough to accommodate all volunteers.
